By ticking this box, you confirm that you are a director or authorised representative of the applicant company, and you agree to the following terms: You agree to pay Finance Professionals UK (FPUK NETWORK LTD) a success fee % of the total amount of funding secured, calculated as follows: 3% on funding between £1,000 – £256,000 2% on funding between £257,000 – £506,000 2% on funding between £507,000 – £756,000 2% on funding over £757,000 This applies to all funding sourced or arranged by Finance Professionals UK or its partners, where we are the procuring cause, for a period of 12 months from the date of this agreement. The success fee is deemed fully earned once: A formal offer of finance has been secured in writing by Finance Professionals UK, and • The terms of that offer fall within the brief and requirements agreed by you at the outset, regardless of whether you proceed to draw down the funding. This fee is payable on the day of drawdown, or in the event you elect not to proceed after formal approval, it may be replaced by the time-based abort fee outlined separately in this agreement. This success fee does not include any lender arrangement fees, closing costs, or third-party consultant charges. If no funding is secured by Finance Professionals UK, no fee will be due.

If Finance Professionals UK secures funding in line with the client’s stated requirements (including required securities such as Personal Guarantees), and the client subsequently chooses not to proceed - whether by declining to sign a required Personal Guarantee or withdrawing for non-lender-related reasons - a time-based fee may be payable for work undertaken. This fee will be charged at £350 per hour, capped at a maximum of £5,000, and reflects time spent on lender sourcing, negotiation, structuring, documentation, and presentation of offers. This fee becomes immediately due upon written confirmation from the client that they will not proceed, or by conduct reasonably indicating withdrawal from the process.

The Client acknowledges that most lenders require a Personal Guarantee (PG) for unsecured or partially secured lending. By proceeding with this engagement, the Client agrees in principle to provide such security if required. Refusal to provide a PG after agreeing to proceed may result in the time-based fee referenced above being immediately due.

By signing and submitting this application, you authorise us to approach our panel of lenders with your proposal in order to issue you with terms. Please note we do not carry out credit searches and this application does not affect your credit rating. Our lenders may run soft searches to determine their appetite to lend, however this will not affect your credit rating.
